About — Neel Ratn

Hi, I'm Neel Ratn, an AI-native Fullstack Engineer specialising in frontend, based in India. Four years building for DeFi and SaaS products, from real-time trading interfaces to enterprise dashboards.

I started at Bamboorose as a trainee engineer in 2022, working on a global supply-chain SaaS platform used by large retailers. Three years in, I was owning core modules — dense data tables, permissioning, and the everyday enterprise UI that has to just work.

In 2025 I moved to YieldFi, a DeFi yield protocol, where I took full ownership of the curator dashboard frontend and led its rebuild from V2 to V3 — real-time data, financial correctness, and a component system built to scale across the product.

Off-screen

Outside of shipping code, I'm usually planning the next trip or with a camera — mostly street and landscape. Not much different from engineering, really: both reward paying attention to the details everyone else walks past.
