Not every day is a work day — Day 6 was about rest, and about learning that momentum matters more than intensity.
Day 6 of this journey turned out to be very different from the days before it.
It was Saturday, and honestly, I didn't do much. Most of the day went into sleeping, resting, and trying to rejuvenate. There was also a long-pending project that was already around 50% complete, and I decided that tomorrow would be the day to pick it up and push it forward.
But the interesting part of Day 6 wasn't what I accomplished. It was what I realized.
When I woke up, I simply didn't feel like studying. There was no energy or motivation to sit down and start working. And that's probably something that doesn't get talked about enough when people share their preparation journeys.
You don't feel motivated every day.
Sometimes you just don't want to do the work.
But at the same time, I realized that I also shouldn't try to force everything from the very beginning. If I push myself too hard from Day 1, there's a good chance the entire routine will eventually break.
So right now, I'm trying to build momentum first.
The idea is simple: start with something sustainable, make it a habit, and then gradually increase the intensity. Just like training your body—you can't go all-in on the first day and expect to sustain it indefinitely.
This journey is going to be long, and I don't want to win the first week only to burn out in the weeks that follow.
Day 6 was therefore less about preparation and more about understanding the process itself.
Resting is also part of the journey.
Building momentum is also progress.
Tomorrow, the plan is to get back into the work, continue the pending project, and start pushing a little harder.
Six days down. The momentum is building.
And tomorrow, we go again.
